#TransparentMoment: I am a feminist, I believe with all my heart that we need more empowered, powerful women in leadership positions. I, like the Dali Lama believe the world will be transformed by the next generation of women.
However, I want to say this: I Believe in Men!
I believe that men are in truth deeply caring, loving and compassionate. I believe that men are every bit as nurturing and intuitive as women. This is not gay or straight thing; this is our very nature!
I believe that men are in truth deeply caring, loving and compassionate. I believe that men are every bit as nurturing and intuitive as women. This is not gay or straight thing; this is our very nature!et me clarify: I do NOT believe in the conditioning of men! Men have been trained for generations to believe that we are emotionally incapable and sadly men in general have gone along with it, and will now due to that condition fight to keep the limitations of that conditioning. To be crystal clear: I believe that is total shite!
Let me reiterate: All this is what “I” believe, it is my truth, not ‘the truth”. Nonetheless, I hold it as true because; I do believe that the world will be changed by the next generation of women…and men who learn how to own and stand in their power while simultaneously holding a place of compassion, empathy and love as a leader.
When you die what do you want them to say about you?
When I die one of the things I pray that people will say about me is that “I was a father to men.”
Thank you for listening to my #TransparentMoment.
P.S. If you believe this is an important message, tell us why and feel free to share!
I created the Authentic Leadership Matrix after a lot of experience and research. One of the questions I'm asked often is what authentic leadership is and how do we define it. As a result, I created the matrix. It splits what leadership is into five separate categories. So, that you can take a clear look at how you perform in each of the five main areas that are required for you to become a world class authentic leader. The process takes you through each category simply with yes or no questions.
