Career and Background
Travis Bradberry earned his dual Ph.D. in clinical psychology and I/O psychology and began his career studying the practical application of emotional intelligence in the workplace. While getting his Ph.D., he met Dr. Jean Greaves, a professor at his university. Together, they teamed up to found the emotional intelligence company, TalentSmart. After selling TalentSmart several years ago, Bradberry wrote The New Emotional Intelligence and partnered with LEADx to create a new, updated EQ program and assessment at LEADx.
