This week, focus on one or more behaviors that will increase your Achieving dimension. Consider these ideas:
- To foster a strategic focus, review your current understanding of your organization’s business model and conduct a simple SWOT analysis.
- To demonstrate your commitment to personal purpose and vision, talk to your team about the organization’s vision; create a shared vision for your team.
- To foster a culture of goal achievement, review team members’ goals and discuss alignment with the broader team and organizational goals.
- To demonstrate decisiveness, make a decision on an issue you’ve been putting off.
