LEADxAcademy offers a free 3-day trial. If you cancel within 3 days of signing up (72 hours), your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel after 72 hours, you will be charged based on how you signed up.
If you chose the monthly option ($21/month), you will be charged $21 after those 3 days and then again on a monthly recurring basis.
If you chose the yearly option ($7/month), you will be charged $84 after those 3 days and then again on a yearly recurring basis.
To cancel your free trial or cancel your membership, just go to http://LEADx.org/cancel, fill out the request form and we'll take care of you.
How do I request a refund?
At LEADx, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with LEADxAcademy in any way for any reason, we will refund your money up to 30 days after your initial sign up, no questions asked.

How do I change my email address and password?
Click on the “My Profile” tab in the top navigation bar and then on “Update Preferences”.
NOTE: If you change your email, you will need to log out and then log back in using your new email.

Can I share my membership with others?
Your username and password can only be used by you. There is a limit on the number of IP addresses that can login using a single username so if you share your membership you may accidently lock yourself out. How do I change the credit card you are using for my payments?
To change the credit card you have on file in our system, email [email protected] and we will take care of you.
I’m having audio/video problems…what should I do?
This is never fun! There are quite a few reasons you could be experiencing technical issues while playing videos or audio. Our courses have all been tested across PC, Apple and Android devices and they work across those browsers and platforms.
That doesn’t mean you won’t experience any issues. The video and audio files can be large and you need to have a broadband connection to play them. They will work on your mobile devices too, but if you are in an area with poor service, you may experience a lag.
