2. The LEADx EQ-i 360

What You Get:

  • Quick, meaningful results. The assessment has been validated by a team of psychologists to ensure elite quality and accuracy. 
  • Scores across each of the four core skills: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
  • Feedback from others. The 360 enables you to collect feedback from others. Gather feedback across key groups: Supervisor, direct reports, peers, and others. Then, receive one clean report that compares your self-scores with each group. Written responses help bring the numbers to life. 
  • Eliminate self-assessment bias. By bringing in outside raters, you can get a more bigger, more accurate picture of your EQ.
  • 3 Months Access to a Human Coach. Everyone who takes the 360 assessment gets three months of access to an EQ-certified coach.
