Our mission at LEADx is to democratize leadership with the vision to spark the next 100 million leaders around the world. We turn front-line managers into legacy leaders with a next-generation digital platform and live support from top coaches.

When you become a LEADx Coach your profile will be presented to our client coachees. New coachees are given a complimentary 30-minute consultation to ensure fit.

Coaching engagements typically run between three to twelve months, with two 45-minute sessions each month. To be part of our Leadership Coaching team, you’ll need:

Proficiency with Zoom
High-speed internet access for high-quality live video interactions
Prior coaching experience
An ICF-accredited certification or advanced degree in counseling or psychology

LEADx coaches are independent contractors and are paid monthly for their engagement sessions. Our rates are highly competitive and vary based on the level of the coachee.

Are you interested in becoming a LEADx Group Coach? To be considered for a LEADx group coaching opportunity, coaches must have 3+ years of experience facilitating groups of leaders in a business environment on leadership topics. Preference is also given to coaches who have a certificate for completing a coach training program that focuses on group, team, or systems coaching OR a coach certification program that focuses on group, team, or systems coaching. We like to gather this information during the coach application process to identify coaches who could be considered for group coaching.
