Question: Too tired to work on side hustle at night
On today’s show, Donna asked: “I’m new to real estate. I have a ton of studying and training that need to get done but I just can’t seem to get with it. When I get home from work, I know RE is something I’ve been wanting/working in for a few years, but I can’t focus enough to learn the material HELP.” I talk about declining glucose and willpower and decision fatigue, and suggest she use her first hour in the morning to work on her real estate. Plus a few other tips.

Question: Is MBTI legit, or bogus horoscope?
I also answered Sven’s question, “Everyone seems to use MBTI in business for personality but I’ve heard Adam Grant is saying it’s invalid. What do you think?” I explain why psychologists scoff at MBTI and how The Five Factor Model of Personality (or The Big Five) is the one actual psychologists use, and the one we use in our LEADx platform for management training. BUT, I think MBTI has a role.
