Dr. Jody Foster is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry in the Perelman School of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania. Her clinical practice has a special emphasis on treating acute inpatients, psychopharmacology and corporate development that provides support and evaluation services to executives. 

Dr. Michelle Joy is a forensic psychiatry fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. She provides clinical care and works in the intersection of mental health, narrative medicine, philosophy, and ethics with particular interests in community and forensic psychiatry. 

Their new book is The Schmuck in My Office: How To Deal Effectively With Difficult People At Work.
